Dear Sir/Madam,

I am bearing Credit card holder and my card no:4346 7720 0225 5098 as I asked for settlement since three month but they have taken any step for the above every month they request me to give the minimum balance we will take care of your matter next month but today at 11.30 on 31st Aug (Today) your tele caller name Ms. Avispa (HDFC Credit card section Bhubaneswar Nayapalli branch near Kalyan mandap) made a call regarding payment of dues. My colleague held the phone and informed that She is in Production section due to brake down but the lady told him that you a liar she is sitting besides you and usages vulgar languages in local language (Oriya), when I came from the plant he told me the detail I called her and she again told me in Oriya that I do not deserve a credit card since I do not have the "oukat" to pay the minimum amount and started mis- behaving. I then disconnected. I would request you to kindly enquire into the matter and take appropriate action, till time she is calling and disturbing all my colleagues please take the matter seriously.
