Hi,

I hold a credit card with HDFC bank CR No : 4346 XXXX XXXX 1998 the payment due by Feb was Rs 2, 368. I only use this card to pay my monthly Vodafone bill. I initially got a call from call center asking to pay also they send some person to get the money. I was in meeting so couldnt go in time to give the money. Then she called up again for money i said i would pay by cheque, which i couldnt pay. For this i got a call from the same lady, call centre of HDFC bank asking to pay the bill for which i said i would do it today, but the lady is ready to listen to me also started abusing me. When i said i would close the account she said ok fine we dont require such customers with us who dont pay the bill. I dont understand the amount was just 2, 368 if it would have been 10, 000 i dont know how would they have treated me. They are charging intrest and all sorts of other extra amount for the delay then what is there problem if i dont pay for one month.

Such banks should stop providing credit cards for customers, why do they then call and give great promises. The number from where i got the call was 02041218005.
