HDFC Credit Card
Credit Card not get but they are sending bills

Dear,

I was using HDFC Credit Card but in July I blocked my HDFC Credit Card because it was stolen and make all pending payments. After 2 months latter I applied for new card and HDFC issued new card, but till date I didn't get credit card and they are now sending a bill every month since October. I complaint HDFC bank many times but they didn't took any action.

So, Where should I complain for this cheating HDFC did with me.
