Got threat brom bank and they talked in very disrespectful menne

Hi Sir,

I am caryying a HDFC bank credit card. My last payment was due. I have got a call from bank they talked in a very disrespectful way like anything. They called my dad too and talked to them like bullshit. They gave him a threat as well. What should i do? I want to to file a case against HDFC bank.
