No Positive response

I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of customer care executives.

1. i am not receiving any hard copy of my Credit card statements.

2. I have issued a cheque sum of Rs. 10626 on 11th and debited from my a/c on 16th and company received that cheque on 17th march before the due date, but company debited financial charges, late payment charges and service tax. and when i made complained to customer care executive Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Salin & Mr. Alpesh dint give me proper information and was trying to misguide me just saying that system is not working properly. From last 7 days i am suffering this problem and now only half amt of charges are refunded rest amount is still pending. There is no positive response from anybody. I request you to please take action against my complain & its not happening first time with me. This is third time when i am facing such situation.
