POLICY PREMIUM COLLECTED IN SINGLE INSTALLMENT

Sir, I have taken an HDFC LIC Policy (HDFC SL Youngstar Super-II) Policy No.14245448, . dated 27th February for Rs.20, 000/.= (p.a.) through Agent Mr. Ashwani Kumar (Mob. No.9718327933) (Financial Agent Code : 00392568) and Sub Agent (Sales Officer) Mr. Satya Prakash (Mob No.09873995912) from their HDFC Office B-131, Phase-I, Mayapuri Industrial Area, New Delhi-110064. I am Facing the three problems in this policy :-

1. I was told that my Policy Lockin Period is for 5 Year bt actual lockin period is shown in the policy is 10 years.

2. On one of form my signature id fraudly entered by the agent.

3. I was promised that the premium amount would be collected in monthly EMI Through my HDFC Credit Card but when I got my HDFC Credit card statement, I found there a huge interest amount on single premium payment because my LIC Premium was not converted into EMI. When I contact the agent I found all the time their cellphone in switch off mode. Please help me to sort out my problem.
