Hi, I am Sanjay and i m a policy holder of HDFC Life and my policy no is -14725635, i take this policy at 15-nov and i received this policy of 2nd Jan. some personal and unfair region like (when i take this policy i said to executive get policy terms 5 years but when i received this policy i see in the bond my policy terms is 10 years and 2nd problem is executive said we are provide cashless card but when i check in customer care there are no option for cashless card in my policy) i freelook my policy on 7th jan in Asif ali Branch Dariyaganj New Delhi.after 10 day i check my status in call center he said my policy is denied and sign mismatched problem then i submit my mismatch letter again asif ali branch at 24th-jan but now today no updated for this matter in call center and in the branch its so long, today i call asif ali brach he said we send the my policy again in my address but i have no message for this matter and i m not received my denied letter in my address and branch operation team very badly talk to me so requested to you pls look into matter be carefully
