Regarding surrender of my Policy

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that due to some personal Problem I was unable to pay the Premium of my life insurance Policy. My Policy no.is 10839462, This Policy was auto surrender in the month of may but yet now I am not been able to receive my money which I had confirmed from customer care is about 13000.Every time they flute the same tune that they are dispatching my cheque but the result is same.

Please help in this regard, For this act of kindness I will be very thankful to you.
