Recharge not successful

I have recharged my BSNL sim for 50 RS through HDFC netbanking. But the recharge amount is not credited. The Ref# is 1202183841 . But the amount is debited from my account. I have contacted the HDFC customer support through web forum. But I was really disappointed with their reply towards my concern. They are asking me to contact BSNL customer care. So I thought this is the best way to communicate with them. If this issue is not resolved, I am going to change my bank for sure.
