Hi HDFC,
I have been using your net banking serive for the past 3 years, and now i dont know whats the issue is, I am just unable to access my account online for the past 2 weeks.
I type in the customer ID, then the next page shows 404 error, i have neen trying to reach your customer service, but as always it says "this service is unavailable" and that too on a weekday at 2 in the afternoon.
And to my surprise when i try to register a complaint online, it takes all the details and then when i press the submit button, it shows "Http 505 error", i am just wondering when are all the systems online for HDFC.
No wonder people move out of HDFC, since you have this kind of service and show no gratitude towards your customers.
I will be awaiting for your response for another week, if not i will take this to the next level.
