No Option for phone banke

There is no option for "speak to phone banker" in phone banking, Only automated voice, i have wasted round 100 Rs on phone with round 25 tries, then gave up, just to do a transaction, at the end called the bank, they diverted me again to phone banking, Pathetic service, In the end no transaction was done. There is no point of contact with the bank, Hope Hdfc bank managers realize this, irate customer, customer ID 22493302, Avinash Lewis, Dombivli east mumbai.
