Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Pratibha Chaubey have taken a ULIP plan YOUNG STAR 2, my policy no is 13191672.Company HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE in sep 2009 i was deposited premium rs 6000 but due to unexpected service of company still i am not recieve my policy bond " and also i was tried to know about my policy from HDFC SLIC ROHINI M2K Branch there is all information fielled in my policy contract form my Address, my contact no and also my signature are feake. i want to know how can i trust to this company.

after years of submitting a written coplain into branch & Customer care desk (Mail id) they are not reply me. i dont want continue a realation with this company.

i am request to you please shortout my problem and please help me out asap.
