I have worked with HDFC STANDARD Life Insurance from 18th June'2003 to 31st

Aug'2005 as:

Branch/Location: New Delhi

I dont have the PF A/C no.

I want to transfer my funds to my new PF A/C: TN/52545/1160, As I have lost my PF No. (HDFC SLIC) t I want my PF NO. from HDFC SLIC.

I am following the same with HDFC SLIC from last few month, but not getting proper response.

Kindly do the needful.
