I HAVE GIVEN A POLICY BY HDFC STANDARD LIFE VIDE POLICY NUMBER 12985768 DATED 25/06 FOR AN AMOUNT RUPEES TWO LAKHS ONLY. IT WAS TOLD BY YOUR PARK STREET BRANCH THAT IT IS AN ONE TIME PAYMENT AND AFTER THREE YEARS I WILL GET BACK THE AMOUNT WITH CURRENT MARKET VALUE RATE. NOW WHEN I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND THEY ARE DENYING AND ASKING ME TO CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER TWO YEARS TO GET REFUND OTHERWISE MY INITIAL PAYMENT WILL BE FOREFITTED. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE? WHEN THIS IS MY MONEY? HOW BANK CAN FOREFITT THE AMOUNT BY MISGUIDING AND WROND INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER. I HOPE JUSTICE WILL BE GIVEN.
