I have purchased a two wheeler HONDA AVIATOR and taken a loan from HDFC (Loan A/C No. 16988808).
I have been paying the installments regularly through ecs and due to the human loss in the family, i was not able to pay for the month of January. I had received calls from HDFC regarding the payment and i have requested them
that the payment will be made next month. Today an agent by name Ms. Avanthi spoke very rudely and was
not ready to listen and then she handed over the phone to her Manager Mr. Janardhan. The said to be manager
is telling me with loud voice, as if he is speaking to a guy. BE HAPPY THAT WE HAVE NOT SENT A PERSON
TO YOUR HOUSE, wat does he mean by that, is he going to send goonda's to collect. Another manager Mr. Naveen
wants us to submit the death certificate in the nearest branch. Is this all needed for a month due, and after telling them
it will be paid in the first week of feb along with the regular payment. I want to end by saying "THEY DON'T KNOW
HOW TO SPEAK TO A GIRL, AND THEY WERE VERY RUDE and Threatening".
