i introduce myself as Abhijit Dewanjee, having credit card of HDFC bank vide no.4346 7790 0017 6051 issued dt.08/08.From the first day of transaction I've received statement regularly for one year. But after that till date I only receives
SMS saying that your minimum amount due such an such... and I also receive the call from Kolkata saying the same that I've to pay minimum amount of this much. I got fed up with this irresponsible and un-parliamentry services providing by your wholeteam. Last three months ago (i.e. feb)
I told your local representative Mr. Ranjeet, Mr. Nishant (HDFC Ranchi) and
Mr. Rakesh (Hdfc, Ranchi) to go for settlement of my credit card. They told me in April'2010 it is possible. After that in the month of March I got a call from HDFC kolkata, a lady representative asked me about my final decision. I conveyed my intention to go for settlement. She committed me that letter of settlement would be dispatched by 1st week of april. But till date I've not received any letter from your end. On 4th June I enquired about the status of my settlement letter from HDFC kolkata (on 033-22104332), but they told me no such process for settlement is made. My credit card is still active. After having information from kolkata I made a call to HDFC Bank, Ranchi and talked to Mr. Rakesh (HDFC, Ranchi), he committed me that settlement letter will reach to you within two days but today is 8th June, till date I've not received the letter. I've already paid too much amount as minimum amount (interest and other retailing charges as you charge) without statement. So you are requested pls take necessary action to finalize the matter with rock bottom minimum principal settlement amount with six easy instalments. I think I had paid too much money to adjust in principal. Awaiting with expecting you would settle this matter as early as possible.
