Application in prescribed format for PAN Card was submitted in Aug/Sep in the Name of ANGAN GOGOI, Date of Birth - 30.11.1993, Income Tax Circle - Digboi Ward-I, Assam. No Card has yet been received. On asking it has been being told that the Card had already been sent. Now the question is: where is the Card?
