I have started reading Hindustan Times news paper since 1962 and continue to read HT as I like this one from the very beginning. I have observed only recently that the agent Shyam News Agency whose Prop. M.G.Saini, says that the extra, may be Rs.5/ pm (this is not my issue, he says it is towards service charges, whereas he does not have the number for doing so). Our pocket has got 360 flats. When he gets his commission from HT, why he charges this amount is not understood. When I called HT customer care, the person whom talked to me, says that charging such amount is unauthorised. He has now stopped supplying news paper to me. This is very bad to HT readers.
