with reference to our email, I once again bring to your kind notice you have not send the necessary document like Xerox copy of the Bank intimation letter received by you & Statement of Accounts till now after paying the EMI for Rs.8, 234/- by Cheque No.995744 dated 18.8. as the dispute has to be settled by our Banker.

Inspite of sending official letter by post and email & several telephonic calls, we get such a irresponsible response from your Staff, which is highly regrettable and when I discuss the same with my friends & other Banker they also admit that this is the way of functioning of MNC's Banks with the customer and you will have a horrible time & they will not give respect to the customers once they take the documents, which I am also experiencing the same.

I hope Axis Bank Management will also agree for avoiding the customer for communication and I am very unhappy with the way they respond to the Customers.

If any reply is not received from your end within 15 days, I am forced to approach the consumer readdressal cell in this regard. A. Damodhar.
