Dear Sir

I have taken Housing loan from DHFL on 01.05.2009 in Pune (L.C. No. 5984), I am following up with them for more then 1 year for Copy of Loan Agreement and Loan Desbursment letter and insurance copy. Till the date I have not recieved any satisfactory reason or response from them.

This DHFL staffs are veyr ignoring customers request.

Please let me know if any remedy is available for this.
