1. I m holding home lone with you bank at Pani Gate branch in a year of of Rs. 2, 90, 000/- with loan no. 12830600026687.
2. That time concerned staff told me that on insurance is also with this loan, but he does not brief me.
3. To day i visit Panigate branch for withdrawl money form my saving account, that time i inquired of my home loan for that insurance.
4. I contact Mr. Makwana for my home loan insurance, first i request for Xerox copy but Mr. Makwana says that this is a property of bank i am enable to give you, then i says OK sir,

Then i request to please brief me about this insurance, what is a benefit of this insurance, in between Mrs. Anjali Parik shouting on me and says that we are not sit to slove your quiery, we are not give any information for this insurance, then i again say to Mrs Anjali Parik then what is a use of this insurance, then see enger with me and shouting with me in a loud voice.
6. Sir, that lady insulting me, i have one question to you, that every men has right to know there insurance benefit, sir what i am doing wrong.
