SIR,
MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 611058, I HAVE BOOKED GAS CYLINDER WITH POONTHY GAS AGENCY IN TRIVANDRUM KERALAM. I HAVE ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT AGINST THIS AGENCY AND AFTER THAT I GOT A GOOD RESPONSE FOR TWO/ THREE MONTHS.
NOW THE SITUATION IS GOING REALLY BAD. I HAVE BOOKED FOR MY NEW REFILL BEFORE 24 DAYS. TILL NOW THERE IS NO REFILL ALLOWED TO ME FROM THIS AGENCY. I SUSPECT THAT THIS IS THE PURPOSEFUL ACT FROM THE AGENCY BECOZ OF THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT I HAVE MADE AGAINST THIS AGENCY AND ITS DELIVERY STAFF.
PLS TAKE INTO CONSIDER THIS COMPLAINT AS A SERIOUS ISSUE.
