Unnecesary Harrasment by SBi

I have started getting phone calls from some lady at SBI (Phone Nos. 022 - 65149567 / 022 - 65149563) stating that some of her client by the name Mr. Sunil Mishra has defaulted on the SBI credit card that he is holding and is not making the payment and because he has given my reference while applying for the credit card I should be calling him and ask him to make the payment.

My question to the concerned authorities at SBI Credit Card is that why should I make this call and why should I be penalised for no fault of mines, just because some jerk has given my reference.

Also I wish to ask the concerned authorities that while processing the credit card application no body had called me for the reference check then why should anyone call me and disturb me now, because had any one called me then I would not have given a positive reply for this person as I myself hardly know this person.

My request to SBI Credit Card is that stop making such unsolicited calls and bothering people for no fault of theirs.
