Interest worngly charged

I have taken 2 balance transfer in Feb - March in life time scheme. but one balance transfer have closed and transfered in purchase in December and charged Interest 3.5% (Aprx) instead of 1%. I have booked many complaint over telephone their telhone / help line number. but not help me and I have worngly interest upto Feb and all balance transfer have closed. now HSBC bank generat new statment and stand Amount Rs. 72.00.

please give instruction to bank for refund excess intrest and closed balance amount of my statment and compension of hursment for none reply of my complaints over telephone and emails.
