I HAVE DROPPED A CHEQ OF RS. 11305 AT HSBC BANK DROP BOX IN THE BANK ON 31-7 FOR THEN BILL STATEMENT OF JULY BUT CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE/ COLLECTION DEPT. DEMANDING TO PAY THE BILL AMOUNT IMMEDITELY, BUT I EXPLAINED THAT I ALREADY DROPPED THE CHEQ, THEY SAID THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PAYMENT .AS I HAVE ALREADY ISSUED A CHEQ I SAID I WILL NOT MAKE A SECOND PAYMENT UNLESS UNTIL IRECIEVE BACK MY CHEQ /OR LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHEQ.BUT THE COLLECTION SEC. HARRASSING ME DEMANDING FOR PAYMENT AND CREATING MENTAL TORTUE. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD PLEASE
