FALSE STATEMENTS & CHARGES

Dear Sir/Madam,

I AM AN HSBC CLASSIC CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER.MY CARD NO. IS 4476921208973655.SIR SINCE LAST 18 MONTHES OR SO HSBC IS SENDING ME THEIR STATEMENTS WHEREIN THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY FOR AN INTERNET TRANSACTION / PURCHASE WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE.I HAVE ALREADY BLOCKED MY CARD AFTER RECEINING THEIR 1ST STATEMENT IN THIS REGARD AND HAVE ALREADY FILLED COMPLAINT WITH THEM BUT OF NO AVAIL.THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME THEIR FALSE STATEMENT AND MORE TO ADDING INTEREST @ 42% P.A.ON THOSE FALSE CHARGES.

KINDLY DO HELP ME IN THIS REGARD AND OBLIGE.
