NOC/No due Certificate required for HSBC Credit Card NO 4384 5999 9326 7425

I am Sandeep Dubey resident of

E-63, Near Shiv Temple, Dayalbagh Colony, Near Surajkund XSing, Faridabad, Haryana 121009

and my contact no is 9891039876

Sir my complain is that

I took one credit card 4384 5999 9326 7425 from HSBC.

The Card was issued sometime in June and

the Last Payment of Amount 3342 Rs done through ICICI Cheque,

the cheque no is 406551, Dated 01/11 and the account from which it is paid is 002901529208 (Sandeep Dubey).

So after the settlement of payment, the card was closed Nov.

But still they reported the case in CIBIL and did not provide me No Due cerificate, please arrange to provide me NOC or No due certificate as soon as possible.
