I dont have HSBC credit card, But I get Bill

Hi,

I am Mamidipally Chakradhar.

I had applied for HSBC credit card some 3 years back.

I did not receive any credit card from HSBC.

After 2 years, HSBC people sent me a bill for which I don't have a card.

In that bill, they added some 3000 rs and substracted again. So total amt to be paid was 0.

When HSBC people called me I told them clearly, that I dont hold any credit card, and asked them to cancel if any card is issued on my name.

Yesterday, I again received a message on my mobile, saying that I have to pay 1043 rupees and mimimum amt due is 100, and last date for payment is 29th jan.

That means I have a bill for which I don't even have a credit card.

I request concerned authorities of HSBC to take a note of this issue, and take care that this doesnot happen again.

Other wise I will file a case in consumer court.
