CIBIL not updated with Credit card Closure and Current Balance

Hi,

I had a credit card (card no. 4384599915934615) and it has been closed 1 year back. The closing request number is "040220094693". I was confirmed that the card is closed and the outstanding balance is Zero.

According to CIBIL report, i found the closure of the card and zero out standing balance is not updated with CIBIL. The report shows the current balance as Rs. 5939/-. This is impacting my credit history. I want the HSBC Bank Credit cards division to update the closure & current balance information to CIBIL as it would definetly hurt me if i have to opt for any loan.
