It is in reference of a complaint number in hsbc cc division.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My hsbc card was wrongly charged by rs. 3035/- at Yuva motors, Faridabad which I haven't used. The card was in my possession at time of wrong transaction made. Transaction date 11 july, 09.
I logged a complaint in hsbc customer care for which they sent me letter with above mentioned ref. Number. I have blocked the card.
Kindly help me get my money back.
