Delay in sending credit card bills

Dear Sir,

Unfortunately, i was holding an HSBC Westside credit card which i have long destroyed and sent back to you.

i used the card, which was covered in two billing cycles. Inspite of given both my official and residential address including email IDi was never sent the bills on time. only when used to get a call, would i realise that the eamount was due. immediately i have made payments for the expenses incurrd by me. this happened in both times. when i got the secong bill you imposed delay payment charges alongwith other un-understandable chrges.

when this delay happened with the second billing cycle, i decide to discontinue with your bank and hence destryed the card and dropped it in the box.

this is to tell you that inspite of explaining the above to the guys who call me n number of times, the calls have not stopped. i ma flooded with calss from your people both in my office, at home and my mobile. This is to warn you that if you dont stop calling me i will take legal action against HSBC for harassing me for no fault of mine. the delay in sending the bills is at your end. hence under no circumstances will i make the payment for delayed charges.

i suggest that this warning should not taken lightly as i am being unnecessarily being disturbed.
