STOP THE CHARGES

Dear Sir,

I have a HDFC Credit Card No. 4346 7720 0817 1570. This is to inform you that HDFC credit cards division is harassing me unnecessary. I settled all my payments without getting any official statement from the bank for my investigation I made the payment by cash on 19 May’2009 but still since last month I am getting the bill for late fee and taxes on that. But still I am getting statements for payment due.

I called customer care and complained about this but l was not gate satisfaction answer at your side actually I got the last bill on 17 Oct’2009 with charges.

Please request them to reverse all the unnecessary levied charge otherwise I

will be surrender my card.

Please help me and suggest what all actions can I take in this regard.
