Dear Sir,

This is regarding the complaint of franchise Tapan motars hyundai motars from where the vehicle has been purchased. I have done my insurance through ICICI Lombard policy number 3001/53934887/02/B00 through cash less benefit. When i visited the Franchise & availed the benefits, he completely refused & informed we will not entertain, only the policy done by his agents are covered under cashless & rest remains nullified.

We contacted ICICI Lombard for the same & they accepted that the policy which i have availed is covered under cash less policy. On getting the conformation we contacted Mr. Tapan goel the owner he refused & also misbehaved with me & directed his official to show me the way out of his office. Just to add he misbehaved with my wife also, which is concerning & alarming.

Also complaint has being registered on HYUNDAI customer & referance complaint number is 140317931 which is pending & revert has not being recived.

As a customer i feel cheated both from the insurance & the Hyundai.
