DELAY IN NET BANK REGESTRATION

With ref to the above, i have been requested for the netbanking facitlity on mid week of feb and i have been advised by the bank officer that approval msg will be sent your mobile no with max. of 15 days and also i have been follow up with our branch through phone i have not received proper info and today (19.04.10) i have directly approach fot the password and user id but they inform me that they yet to receive and it is pending at their head office.

Please sort out this issue as earliest as possible.
