this is shanthi, i have faced a problem with online payment.i have applied ibps bank po exam through online payment.it was deducted my 459.94 Rs from my account, (icici bank debit card num 4693756312001234), due to some problem with server my application form not submitted successfully.
i send a request to ibps help desk, and they said me to register again, then again i put a request like this, but dont have any problem to register again, but the problem is money! which was already deducted from my account. if i register again means i have to pay the same amount again! so i cannot pay again and again for the same application! please kindly credit my money back to my account! or else give me suggestion that how to get my money back. then they said, The amount will be refunded back, on march 12th they said like this, but till now i didn't recieved it!
