I have being asking for settlement since 2 years nobody is ready to talk in ICICI bank credit card Ambattur branch. I have paid double the amount but the amount does not come down due to interest and penalty. In september I called customer care for settlement, I came to know that only those who are default in paying will be eligible for settlement. so I stop paying minimum amount due. In november I received call for payment but I did not pay and told my problem. and again in december I received a call from same person his name is Mr kumar mobile no 9840044889 told me that he is calling from ICICI credit card division Ambattur branch and said he is holding the settlement letter in his hand but cannot give due to bank rule he can issue only in january and told me to pay Rs 2070 to person whom he had sent to my house for collection and I paid by cheque.

Next month ie in january same way again I recieved call but this time the person was Mr kevin mobile no 9840189617 told me that he is Mr kumar's colleague. He had sent one person for collection who's name is Mr senthil mobile no 9962667160. I insisted for the settlement letter Mr kevin said he forgot to give the letter and promised me that he will send the settlement letter in 24 hrs but insised me to pay atleast Rs 2070 not to send empty hand. and Mr senthil also took Rs 300 cash for petrol and promised me that he will return in the evening while bringing the settlement letter.

After that day till today he has not replied to my call nor return my money.

what should I do?
