In reference to your later dated 15/04 following presentation is made for which justifiable explanation is asked for.
1) We have received the chaque long back but it was under thought process and we were taking legal advise to further proceed to how to settle the issue.
2) We strongly feel that a gross injustice is done towards my ailing grandfather by not allocating proper compensation in lew of his son’s early unexpected demise.
3) We have all ready presented our case with you and no further explanation is required.
4) We strongly fill that it is a great insult of my grandfather and I feel that by offering such amount you have humiliated him and his sentiments at fag end of his life.
Here with I strongly recommend to process and finalize the full amount for which the insurance policy was taken.
I further request you to settle the mater at earliest so that my grandfather can have a reasonably comfortable life if not luxurious.
This is to remind you that he is 84 years old and has no income of his own to support his life and so the very purpose of Mr. Hemant Navneetlal Dave to avail the benefit of the policy which he had taken is defeated.
Please take immediate action before it is too late.
