Hi,
This compaint is regarding the transactions happened to my credit card (No. 4477 4683 4094 0001). Actually ICICI Lombard policy agent called me for a policy and I never confirmed that I am going to take the policy however they linked the policy to my credit card. When I complained about that, They reversed the policy and refund back the money, however still there was some amount pending. For which I enquired through ICICI bank Online banking but they are not responding properly. I called the Bank customer care and they told me that another policy was linked my account and when I contact Lomard, they said that only one policy was linked and its already refunded.
Now Bank ask me to contact Lomard and Lomard ask me to contact bank and nobody replying me properly.
I am not able to understand how to deal with this?
Even my credientials are blocked in CIBIL and I am facing problems because of that.
Please look into on urgent basis.
