My iMINT Card number = 9401150679293109
PAYBACK user name = gautam.sood
When I created the PAYBACK account today, account name = gautam.sood, some 3650 2350 5450 = 11450 were taken BACK by PAYBACK under PAYBACK Redemption.
Under ICICI the rules say:
"Your PAYBACK points expire after 3 years from the date the points are credited to your PAYBACK account."
In my case, since my account got created today &--gt; It cant be cancelled before I even join PAYBACK and the iMINT points should be VALID.
Since I registered today and all my points were under iMINT since all this while - how can they be cancelled?
ICICI also says:
"your i-mint points will be transferred to your PAYBACK account at no extra charge and with no change in your point status"
I should get all my IMINT points in PAYBACK!!!
Please advise.
