My 1st call on 19th SEPTEMBER I got a SR no 453774 with the assurance the card would be delivered in 15 working days. I called up again on 21st OCTOBER for non receipt of Imint card, but the response was same "card would be delivered in 15 working days". My 3rd & final call was on 14th NOVEMBER but the response was again the same "card would be delivered in 15 working days". Though I wanted to speak to the call centre manager I was denied, reason being he/she was busy, but I was assured A CALL BACK from the manager. No response till now even though 48hrs have passed by. I'm surprised by the kind of attitude ur people have shown to a PLATINUM customer who has been eagerly waiting for 2 months to get the IMINT CARD. Trust & hope to get a ve feedback at the earliest.
