No service/ No response from executives

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had opened a new ATS (Active Trader Service) account with ICICI on 15th march bearing the application number 2200008924.

I received a letter stating that the trading account is active and to contact the relationship manager.

My relation ship manager started trading on this account but after purchasing some sharesm he stopped calling me and my 1.5lak is now stuck. I also did not receive the login details for the demat account and when I tried to reach ICICI customer care they advised that they do not support this product. Im calling the sales executive in vain and not able to reach him. they do not pick up the call.

Today Im in between the devil and deep blue sea with no one from ICICI responding to my calls or emails.
