ICICI Complaints - My A/c is debited with Rs. 56.00 due to the fault that did not

Hi Sir

I hold salary a/c in ICICI bank, my ac debited with 28/- Rs stating POS DECLINE CHG/08-JAN-11/3552.. How can this be a customer fault if the ATM has insufficient fund. It is my earned money, so ICICI has no right to monopolise the thing.

PLEASE CREDIT THE AMMOUNT AS DEBITED
