WRONG ATM TRANSACTION DEBIT

MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED WORTH INR 15000.00 ON 12-11 THAT I HAVE WITHDRAWN THE AMOUNT FROM ATM IN BANGALORE. I HAVENT EVEN TRIED FOR THIS AMOUNT. I TRIED FOR INR 2000.00 WHICH I RECEIVED. BUT THAN, AFTER 1.5 MINUTE, MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED WITH INR 15000.00

CUSTOMER CARE, IN REPLY OF MY COMPLAIN, INSISTED THAT THE TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. ON MY REQUEST, THEY FAIL TO FETCH THE CCTV FOOTAGE. I HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED BECAUSE OF THEIR SYSTEM FAULT.

KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO GIVE ME JUSTICE AND MY MONEY BACK, AS I AM SUFFERING A LOT DUE TO FINANCIAL STRAIN.
