ICICI Bank and Axis Bank
Non disbursement of cash withdrwal

Sir,

I am ICICI account holder. I have tried to withdraw Rs.10000/- from Axis Bank ATM, Saurabh Vihar, Jaitpur-Badarpur New Delhi on 15.8.2011 at 5.50pm. But cash has not disbursed by ATM and balance had deducted from my account. I complaint immidietely to ICICI Bank customer care which no is SR186751182 and a written letter also.

Now after 10 days ICICI is saying the withdrawal was made successfully.

So, Please try to resolve my problem, how can I loose my 10000/-.
