I HAVE SAVING BANK ACCOUNT NO. 008301036042 WITH THE ICICI BANK IN THE JOINT NAME OF MY WIFE AND SELF. I NEVER GET THE QUATERLY STATEMENT UNLESS I REGISTER MY REQUEST THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. THE COCERNED BRANCH HAS EXPRESSED HELPNESSNESS IN THE MATTER. ON THEIR ADVICE, I MODIFIED THE MAILING ADDRESS WITH ELABORATE DETAILS IN THE RECENT PAST. I AM STAYING WITHIN A DISTANCE OF 100 METRES OF THE CONCERNED BRANCH. BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT. THE STAFF AT THE CUTOMER CARE CENTRE, WHO ATTENDED MY CALL WAS NEITHER RECEPTIVE NOR RESPONSIVE AND HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY ADAMANT. HE WAS NOT PREPARED EVEN TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERIOR FOR RESOLVING MY PROBLEM. AS A RESULT OF THE SAME, THE DURATION OF THE CALL ULTIMATELY EXTENDED TO 32 MINUTES AND O9 SECONDS. FINALLY, THE REQUEST WAS ENTERTAINED AFTER DETAILED EXPLANATION TO HIS SUPIRIOR. IT IS REGISTERED AS SR-143770640. HOPE, A SENIOR CITIZEN WILL NOT BE HARRASSED IN THIS MANNER IN THE TIME TO COME. LET ME SEE, WHETHER THE BANK ASSSURES ME FOR TIMELY DELIVERY OF THE QUARTERLY STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT IN FUTURE OR ADVISES ME TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEIR BANK. THANKS. RAJ SINGH MATHUR.
