Credit Card Cheating

I got a call from ICICI BANK regarding my CC settlement 3 months back from collection dept. We agreed for the amount of 50K and bank requested to pay 8k in advance to process settlement application. Now the bank says I have to pay 99k. Do not know how amount got doubled in 3 months??? It is cheating on the part of bank they took 8k and now they have doubled the amount. They are not adhering to the commitments.
