Dear Sir,
I am Corporate customer of ICICI Bank. I have requested to ICICI Bank for ATM Card in 1st week of August, because of existing ATM Card is not working proper in ATM also not readable of card number and card's back side details Numbers.
Till now I have not receive the ATM Card but ICICI Bank Sonepat Branch deducted Rs. 221.00 from my SB account on 09.08.2010 without any notice and details are&-gt; (09/08 SR148625819 Drcard Reissue Chg DR INR 221.00) for corporate customer they should not charge.
I requested to bank not to charge Rs.221.00 but bank is not responding, I have sent email to ICICI MD also. then I requested on 18.08.2010 I do not want your ATM Card or any service from your Bank you just refund my money.
You are requested kindly look in to the matter and do the needful
