Faulty transactions by bank

Dear Sir/Madam,

With regards to my account number 015701512358 in the name of Mohammad Hashimpeer I Makandar, I would like to advise that, the bank has cheated me and has carried out faulty transactions in my account.

My account had gone into negative balance of Rs -1664/-, due to non-maintainence of average quarterly balance (QAB). However, on May 29 I sent an email via the internet banking and requested for the reversal of the charges. Then ICICI bank came back to me saying that, we can give you the reversal of -800 only once. But again I requested the bank to reverse me the full -1664, so that going forward I can maintain Rs.10, 000/- balance.

Now, the bank said as a one time service gesture, we would be reversing the amount. However on 10th of June, I deposited Rs.1400/- in my account, and after 2-3 days I checked my balance was just Rs.563/-. I wondered how come did my balance drop to Rs.563/- without any withdrawal from my end...? How come

When I went online again to check, I found that the bank had actually deducted Rs.837/- from my account, and it did not honor its word as it mentioned that as a 1 time service gesture we would be reversing.

Trust me, before I deposited Rs.1400/- I checked my balance and I found that my balance was Rs 0.00/-, trust me it was Rs.0.00/- but after depositing Rs.1400/- the bank had eaten my money, without even keeping me in the loop. This has really frustrated me and has made me loose the trust in the bank.
