I had taken a loan of Rs 2 lacs from ICICI bank issued to me on 4th July to repay back through EMI Rs.5980 per month scheduled up to 4th June. I regularly paid 18 EMIs till Dec as per the date. During October I suffered severe finance problem, job loss and a bad divorce (Court case is still on) without any family support and my son is still studying.
Some how taking tuition and running my liabilities I continued paying to the bank. Since January I made my payment amounts given by telephonic instruction from bank executives regularly and till date I paid Rs 232050. But recently bank people are repeatedly harassing me and insisting payment according to their wish and chasing me day and night saying that my outstanding balance is still more than one Lac and I am a defaulter.
I am in great doubt and nothing is clear as I am mentally tortured by the bank people. Need help.
