ICICI Bank Complaints - All Payment Due Convert in to EMI

Hi,

My wife is Struggling with the creditcard, for the past 2 years she is paying only minimum due . she requested ICICI bank to convert due in to installements, Bank is not ready to give any EMI option. If customer is ready to clear the balance. Why banks are not allowing customer to repay and not giving EMI option.. ICICI bank should consider the customers who are willing to pay by EMI's
